MeasureOne natively provides the following methods for acquiring consumer documents:
Consumer-permissioned or "Credentialed" acquisition: the user shares with MeasureOne credentials necessary to access to documents. Using these credentials MeasureOne connects to one of over 100,000 known data sources and acquires the necessary information. These data sources include financial institutions, universities, payroll processors, insurance carriers and many others (we regularly add new data sources so if you have specific needs - come talk to us!). MeasureOne handles the credential management and in particular the security and privacy considerations so you don't have to.
Manual uploading of documents: for those consumers that may not have credentialed access to their data, MeasureOne provides interfaces to collect the documents through a standard upload path.
API-based document submissions.
All data collected - whether by direct connections or manually goes through the same processing and delivery path.
From an implementation standpoint, the acquisition process is handled through MeasureOne's M1-Link Widget that you embed in your experience, freeing you to focus on how you want to use the data in your business flow.
MeasureOne extracts the data in the acquired consumer documents into a structured JSON format. This enables real-time integration of the acquired data into your workflows. MeasureOne uses a proprietary combination of internal parsers and AI to optimize the extraction so you get the best combination of performance and 100% accuracy. Both the original documents and the extracted data are available to your applications.
Data is delivered as it is ready asynchronously to your application through a mechanism of webhooks. In zero-code integrations, the data is available to you through our dashboard applications.
MeasureOne provides a set of services that you use the acquired data to provide insights. Examples include determining employment and academic enrollment status, income summaries, employment histories, insurance coverage summaries, and others.
We provide you an embeddable widget that handles the data acquisition consumer experience. In particular, it works with the consumer to select their data source, collect credentials, and complete the connection to the data source. In case of non-credentialed acquisition, our widget provides the interface necessary to collect the required documents.
